Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter, espresso-flavored coffee and sugar.
4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
6. Let the cake cool completely.

13. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate chips and let sit for 5 minutes.
14. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
15. Pour the ganache over the mascarpone cream layer and spread evenly.
16. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
